Because we provide a health service and hold health information, we handle your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

- Information you provide when you make an enquiry, book an appointment, or join a mailing list.

When you browse our website

- Our practice management and clinical records provider (Splose), where your booking and clinical records are securely stored.
- Our enquiry and customer relationship system (GoHighLevel), where website enquiries are received and managed.
- Our email and productivity provider (Google Workspace).
- Where you choose to claim a private health fund rebate, the relevant rebate or claiming provider.
