A new standard in musculoskeletal health.

Patient performing a data-driven rehabilitation exercise with neck measurement equipment

The process

The patient journey.

  1. DeskNeck Assessment & Results Review (Allow 60 minutes)

History, orthopaedic and neurological examination, and movement, control and function screening — then your results explained and your personalised plan set out, all in the same visit. No treatment this visit.

  2. Treatment (15/30 minutes)

Hands-on treatment session, delivered by the clinician who assessed you, building on the plan set out in your first visit.

  3. Progress exam (every 4 weeks)

    We re-measure to confirm improvement.

  4. Comparison exam

A final before-and-after exam to mark the end of the block.

  5. End of care

Three paths: Discharge (you've met your goals), Maintain (keep what you've built), or Perform (keep improving).

Here's exactly what we test, and why each one matters.

Flexion, extension, rotation and lateral flexion, measured in degrees and compared against age-normed reference data.

Principles

What we stand on.

Relieve

Reduce pain and restore movement.

Recover

Give your body the opportunity to recharge.

Rebuild

Develop the strength and capacity to stay well.

Why we're different

Without measurement, you're guessing. With DeskNeck, you're not.

Without measurement
With DeskNeck

You feel better for a day, then it comes back

We treat what's actually causing it, not just the flare-up

Stretches you found online, that may or may not be the right ones for you

Exercises chosen for your specific deficits

No way to tell if it's actually working so you don't stay consistent

Re-tested at each block, so you see the number move and stay accountable to the work.

A plan with no clear end in sight

A plan with a defined endpoint, built around your re-test results
